Eagle tech Consultants is looking for a Dynamic Plant Supervisor to Start right away.


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met, and leading a team of production staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate all plant activities, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
  2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
  3. Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  5. Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve issues.
  8. Maintain inventory levels and oversee the procurement of raw materials and supplies.
  9. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
  10. Prepare reports on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality, and present findings to management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the HVAC industry or related field
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  5. Knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques.
  6. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.
  8. Understanding of quality control processes and standards.
  9. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  11. Implement 5s tools and methodologies
