Job Functions:


As a Staff Attorney, you will be integral in handling a broad spectrum of insurance litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include:


• Responding effectively to pleadings and drafting meticulous motions.

• Managing all aspects of discovery to ensure compliance and completeness.

• Directly interfacing with client representatives and opposing counsel, providing first-rate legal support and maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Conducting thorough research and presenting well-crafted legal writings.

• Prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and client needs while maintaining attention to detail.


Candidate Profile:


The ideal candidate will possess a robust academic background and strong research and writing skills. Essential attributes include:


• 1-3 years of Insurance Litigation experience, preferably in a Big Law environment

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest level of client service.

• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a clear dedication to legal excellence.

• Current licensure to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
