We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll and Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing and managing accounts receivable functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:


Payroll related responsibilities:


Ensure all data regarding payroll is being process and managed accurately and timely

In case of a need, to be the person in charge for calculate and process payroll deductions, including benefits or bonuses

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues

Generate payroll reports for management review and for Finance reports

Manage ongoing Health Benefit & 401K audits to ensure accurate eligibility, premium deductions, vendor set up & data mapping compliance, pursuant to all plan documents.

Reconcile & audit monthly benefit invoices to ensure accuracy & any opportunities for credits.

Apply for State and/or Local Employer Tax ID numbers as needed for wage reporting purposes.

Prepare the annual payroll budget report; will also be involved with the mid-year payroll budget reconciliation to submit to Corporate Finance for HQ reporting.


Accounting Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly P&L reports

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations (working closely with remote team based in Eastern Europe)

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due accounts

Work closely with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies

Assist with month-end closing activities related to payroll and accounts receivable

Provide support for audits of external auditor (aka EY)

Assist in providing the Corporate Finance department with monthly/quarterly/annual closing reports and receipts.

Working with Suppliers (agreement and payment terms) and monitoring payments

Reviewing expenses to ensure they meet policy and guidelines.

Preparing and analysis budget VS actual reports



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting

Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements

Proficiency in payroll software and accounting systems (working with ADP- an advantage)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
