1. Managing and monitoring email infrastructure for high availability and optimal performance
2. Managing the mailboxes, DL and M365 groups and their delegation
3. Knowledge of message trace, transport rules and RBAC access
4. Knowledge of litigation hold and PST export procedure
5. Knowledge of Security and Compliance issues
6. Understanding of Synchronized objects and cloud identities
7. Understanding of different types of attributes used in Active Directory and its usage in Office 365 for synced objects
8. Knowledge Teams administration
9. Knowledge of Teams telephony system
10. Knowledge of creating and managing call queues and auto attendants
11. Knowledge of integrating third-party telephony systems with MS Teams
12. Knowledge of Teams live events management
13. Knowledge of different types of calling policies in MS Teams
14. Knowledge of third-party voice solutions like 8x8 and Webex
15. Knowledge of SharePoint online administration
16. Knowledge of different types of licenses used in Office 365 and its usage
