Sales Coordinator

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. This is a full-time on-site role, located in Houston, TX. This individual will work closely with sales leaders to ensure all necessary data is accurately documented and organized in the CRM platform. Additionally, the Sales Coordinator will collaborate with the contracts team to ensure all contracts and associated documents are correctly filled out and provided. They will also be responsible for pulling reports from the CRM for sales management and creating proposals to support the sales process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales team and make a significant impact on our company's growth.


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Work closely with sales leaders to gather necessary information for opportunities.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in CRM, including client information, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Support the sales team in creating proposals for clients.
  • Create contract amendments and process accordingly in CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with the contracts team to ensure all contracts and associated documents are accurately completed before opportunities are submitted.
  • Pull reports from CRM to provide insights to sales management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and other key metrics.
  • Other duties as required.


What You’re Working With:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and other teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with contract management processes is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
