Sales Development Representative

We’re searching for an enthusiastic business development representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people. - Generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more marketing qualified leads
- Maintain the CRM database to make sure the sales team can access current and update information on all leads
- Role will be measured on 12 net new contacts a day, 60 activities per day, Email Enrichment and Demand Generation Goals
- High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
- Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
- Working knowledge of a sales process and CRM software (Hubspot)
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
