Senior ETL Developer

Join our team as a Senior ETL Developer, where you'll take the lead in crafting, implementing, and refining ETL processes across various data sources using standard SQL, SSIS, or equivalent ETL tools. Leverage your stellar communication, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills to seamlessly support the development lifecycle, ensuring project milestones are achieved per specifications and within set timelines.

Your Impact:

  • Engage in the full spectrum of data integration projects and tasks, contributing to design, development, and analysis throughout the product lifecycle. This includes sourcing, analyzing, and profiling data to assess quality and inform business logic, as well as executing complex integration workflow tasks spanning multiple business domains.
  • Contribute to database design and data modeling initiatives, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Design and optimize queries for high-performance environments, conducting thorough performance evaluations and fine-tuning SQL queries as needed.
  • Oversee the deployment and monitoring of data integration projects, providing insights and guidance for performance enhancement.
  • Proactively identify and address data quality issues, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance data integrity.
  • Serve as a troubleshooter for data-related issues, validating results and suggesting process improvements, while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Be available for operational support during non-standard business hours, participating in an on-call rotation for production support of relevant technical systems.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 7-10 years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), encompassing project design, analysis, and performance tuning, along with experience in executing script tasks and stored procedures.
  • Comprehensive ETL skills, including full and incremental loads, data transformation, de-duplication, and dimension management.
  • Solid experience with SQL Server (2014, 2016, and above), including deployment of SSIS packages, documentation, database maintenance, and performance tuning.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in large, cross-functional project environments.
