About the Role: The HRIS Clerk supports the HR department by managing various HR-related tasks, with a focus on maintaining the HRIS and assisting with new hire processes. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Sky River Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Wilton Rancheria Gaming Commission (WRGC) regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Enters and maintains accurate data in the HRIS, ensuring all information is current and correctly recorded.
  • Supports the selection, implementation, distribution, and maintenance of the HRIS, including core HR, Recruiting Management, and collaborative, creative, and project management platforms.
  • Builds, modifies, runs, and interprets HRIS reports and provides analysis as needed.
  • Partners with the HRIS Manager to perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assists with the processing of Gaming, Non-Gaming, and Key Licenses, ensuring all team member licenses are up to date.
  • Maintains communication with the WRGC and researches the status of licenses and resolves any issues that arise.
  • Creates new hire files and schedules and coordinates new hire processes.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information.
  • Enters new hire data in ADP.
  • Processes and files I-9 forms, tracks expired documents, and maintains the I-9 management platform within ADP Workforce Now.
  • Creates photo IDs and prepares documentation for name/access tags.
  • Provides support for special events and facility programs.
  • Performs data entry for team member changes, transfers, and terminations.
  • Liaises with Payroll to ensure all pay-related data is accurate.
  • Works with the HRIS Manager and Finance department on the creation of job codes.
  • Prepares documents that require Post Office visits as needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative roles, or data entry. Previous experience with HRIS systems required, ADP experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to interact professionally with team members, management, and external parties.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
