  • Proficient with using AutoCAD

  • Experience using Navis, MS Excel, Bluebeam/Power PDF, Ship Constructor
  • Ship building or marine background


Job Description:

This person will be supporting a large shipbuilding contract. Day-to-Day will include sitting in on the detail design team that is responsible for updating models and issuing changes. This role includes taking a 3D model and extracting it to 2D that is then sent to manufacturing and assisting with drawing revisions and updates in AutoCAD and Ship Constructor. These models will be structural pieces of the ship (ceiling, stiffener plates).


Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:

Compensation:

$20/hr to $25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
