Key responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on financial metrics, overseeing monthly billing processes, coordinating with external systems, ensuring transaction accuracy across financial platforms, executing accounting tasks and end-of-month reconciliations, and managing financial software configurations. Additional duties include contributing to financial forecasting, monitoring payments, supporting cash flow and receivables management, evaluating subcontractor activities, assisting in budget preparation and contract billing, and developing reconciliations for audits. The role also involves managing credit card and payment systems and engaging in special projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably in the nonprofit or healthcare sectors
  • Familiarity with billing systems preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with accounting software
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
