Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Receive work orders from Project Managers (PMs) or Warehouse Managers (WM) and pick inventory items from the warehouse.
• Quality Control: Report any issues or discrepancies with inventory or orders to the PMs or WM.
• Packing & Shipping: Pack orders and label them with show and shipping information provided by PMs or WM.
• Returns Management: Receive and inspect returned products for damage, defects, or missing parts, and report them to PMs or WM.
• Inventory Maintenance: Launder and roll table drapes, restock returned inventory in its designated location, and maintain overall warehouse organization.
• Logistics Support: Help load and unload courier and freight shipments, move client inventory for warehouse efficiency, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and office areas.
• Maintenance: Maintain crates through repairs and markings, and build booths and assemble popups to test fit graphics.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
