Role Description: As a Sr HVAC Service Technician at our reputable facility, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our HVAC systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our clients receive the best service possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance on various HVAC systems.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring service requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to our clients, enhancing their trust and our company's reputation.
  • Work effectively both independently and within a team to achieve service goals and maintain high standards.


Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of proven troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills in HVAC systems.
  • 5-10 years demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
  • A strong customer service orientation, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
  • Independent work ethic, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Relevant HVAC certifications and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
