Graphic Designer

A dynamic, design-forward wallpaper company seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The individual will work closely with the Art Department and assist with creating dynamic marketing ADs, email campaigns, social content and more.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.  The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the interior design industry, photography and Shopify. 

The individual should be self-motivating, able to work independently and as a team player who brings dynamic ideas to each project. The candidate should also be an excellent communicator, well organized and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously, while producing quality work and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics, social media assets, email newsletters, and digital advertisements that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages
• Ability to design motion graphics, gifs and videos
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all design materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to shoot content, mask out images, and organize photo shoots as needed. 
• Assist with Shopify platform 
• Ability to follow projects from conception to production

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the ecommerce or home decor industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong understanding of photography, and coordinating photo shoots
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating email campaign flows within the Klaviyo platform
