ROLE SUMMARY


MasTec is seeking a Treasury Analyst for Henkels & McCoy’s Shared Services to join our team of creators and problem solvers. As the Treasury Analyst, you will have the opportunity to impact the financial success by instituting cash management best practices and influencing decisions through data and analysis. The successful candidate will have a passion for data, the ability to influence, and the will to win.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Monitor daily cash balances and transactions to optimize liquidity.
  • Execute cash movements including wire transfers, and payments.
  • Maintain short term cash forecast to anticipate funding needs.
  • Prepare documentation for Surety Bonds and Borrowing Notices.
  • Conduct regular credit risk assessment on counterparties.
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations of business activity.
  • Serve as daily point of contact with financial institutions, banks, and surety to support new obligations.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting package detailing cash activity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline existing treasury processes.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business field required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; that includes Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with JD Edwards or other financial systems and tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with PowerBI a plus.
