Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology with 2+ years experience in Architect role for Telecom Order Management.

• Experience with ServiceNow OMT module and its interaction with BSS/OSS system including ServiceNow modules CSM (Customer Service Management)/FSM (Field Service Management) in Enterprise/Consumer/Federal segment.

• Understanding of Agile way of working.


Preferred Qualifications


• OSS/ BSS experience with extensive technical design expertise of Telecom Service Delivery and implementation of ServiceNow OMT (Order Management Telecom) and its interaction with BSS/OSS system including ServiceNow modules CSM (Customer Service Management)/FSM (Field Service Management) in Enterprise/Consumer/Federal segment. Driving Product and CMDB modelling required to support Customer Order management and Service Order management.

• The Technical Architect will take responsibility for defining, design, developing and implementing Telecom technical Products within Project

• Technical Architect will be responsible for driving the Technical product definition scope through the development lifecycle to provide early realization of the value of products and product features.

• Technical Architect will drive the prioritization of the developments, developing plans and roadmaps, using your skills in the domain, product management and stakeholder management.

• Technical Architect will lead a multi-disciplinary team of people to design, develop, test, release and potentially operate, a Technical product that will underpin a broad portfolio.

• Technical Architect will be expected to be work in an autonomous manner, setting direction and prioritization for teams, and communicating to stakeholders, and dependent teams to ensure successful delivery of the Technical Product.

• Experience of working in large programmes and owning a product which is part of a wider portfolio. Demonstrable ability to understand and resolve conflicting priorities with other products.

• Solution design experience in Service Delivery covering both Customer Order management and Service order management across Enterprise/Customer/Federal segment of global telecom operators.

• Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow consultants to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests, guide them achieve customer requirements and ensure compliances to the best practices

• Candidate should possess Good Communication and Client interfacing skills.
