Director of Process Improvement

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure smooth functioning. The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. This role will need some experience with loan processing. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
  • Manage the daily functions of the business.
  • Lead and mentor a team of employees to achieve operational goals.
  • Oversee new loans for newly purchased trucks.
  • Supervise current inventory management.
  • Organize Title process for repossessed vehicles.
  • Manage budget to align with goals of business.
  • Participate in weekly reporting meetings with management.
  • Manage customer service team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience with loan processing and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working with multiple groups within business.
