CoWorx Staffing Services has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual HR Specialist/Generalist with one of our premier clients in Griffin, GA. This is a direct hire position with a company that is growing


Responsibilities:

  • You will be the central point of contact for branch employees while also providing direct support to the branch leadership team.
  • You will also be responsible for assisting with onboarding as well as leading orientation and facilitating training processes.
  • You will assist with timely completion of hourly performance reviews and support the branch leadership team in hourly succession planning.
  • You will coordinate service and recognition awards, support a productive work environment, and maintain strict confidentiality.


Qualifications to be successful:

  • Bilingual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and analytically driven
  • Previous experience with recruitment procedures, and handling employee relations.
  • 2-5 years previous experience as HR Assistant/Generalist or Specialist.
  • Previous Manufacturing/Production environment HR experience is a plus.
