Finance Director

QUAD is currently seeking a Finance Director for a manufacturer located in the Jim Thorpe, PA area.

The Finance Director will oversee a team a team of four and will be responsible for all organizational FP&A functions oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and interpreting financial information and evaluating operating results
• Driving annual plans, forecasts, and other financial planning processes
• Completing performance reporting in compliance with GAAP
• Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and reports
• Assisting with product line profitability, inventory and margin reviews, and other business processes
• Identifying revenue growth and margin improvement drivers through completion of trend and sensitivity analysis
• Supporting FP&A operations improvement areas
• Utilizing business intelligence technology to drive continuous improvements
• Cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with various internal stakeholders

Skills/Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA a plus
• 7+ years manufacturing finance experience within a global company (industrial products, consumer goods, or manufacturing industry experience preferred)
• Large scale initiatives management experience for $300M or greater revenue business unit preferred
• Experience working in collaborative, matrix environment
• Ability to effectively lead in a past paced, high growth environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• ERP systems experience
• Strong Excel proficiency

Additional Details:

Salary: $160-$180k + bonus
