Associate Planner

ESC’s premier client is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Associate Buyer/Planner for a 12-month contract at their Kirkland, WA location. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate data and processes, and supporting cross-functional project development. The position requires adaptability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy to support seamless functionality of tools and processes.
- Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, monitoring fill rates, resolving operational issues, and vendor communications.
- Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
- Execute on purchase order, in-stock management, and vendor-related systems and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
- Highly organized, self-starting, and proficient in business software such as Excel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
