Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Resource Level - Senior Resource. ServiceNow experience is must.
  • Experience with ServiceNow’s Legal Service Delivery, Legal Request Management, Legal Matter Management, and Legal Conflict of Interest is preferred.
  • Experience with IRM modules would be nice to have.
  • Should be able to drive tasks like.
  • Use Case Documentation.
  • End To End process documentation.
  • Plan/Execute Workshops with business and technical teams.
  • Create User Stories.
  • Support QA, UAT Testing.
  • Support Change Management & Training related activities.
