With a strong focus on reliability and performance, we help build the foundations for success across a variety of industries.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Construction Foreman for a full-time, on-site role located in Springdale, AR. The Construction Foreman will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities include managing and training team members, inspecting and maintaining equipment, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring projects are completed to specification within designated timelines.QualificationsProficiency in Concrete and hands-on experience with construction toolsStrong leadership in Quality Control to ensure projects meet specifications and compliance standardsFamiliarity with Heavy Equipment operation and maintenanceExcellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholdersKnowledge of Civil Engineering concepts as they relate to construction projectsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPrevious experience in supervising construction teams is preferredRelevant certifications and a valid driver’s license are advantageous
