The Relocation Coordinator will play a critical role in facilitating the relocation of employees within our organization as they move from one project end to the next project start date. This position is responsible for arranging all aspects of internal moves, ensuring a seamless transition for employees. The Relocation Coordinator will work closely with various departments to coordinate logistics, provide support to relocating employees, and ensure a positive relocation experience.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the overall process for internal transfers of field-based employees between assigned projects, to include relocation, assignment letters, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees undergoing internal relocations due to project transfers providing guidance, support, and assistance throughout the relocation process.
  • Ensure compliance with company relocation guidelines, assisting with identification of short-term housing options in the general area of the project location.
  • Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation related to internal relocations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Gather feedback from relocating employees to identify areas for improvement and enhance the relocation process.
  • Work with Operations leadership to understand the needs of current and future projects to ensure proactive collection of housing options for employees.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition and HR team as needed.
  • Assist in Craft pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in other employee-related matters as needed.
  • Support other departments from an administrative standpoint as needed.


Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Highly proficient in MS Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, by written, oral, and electronic means.
  • Ability to handle discreet and confidential information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize wide array of material and data.
  • Previous experience in relocation services, HR, or a related field.
  • Education and Experience
  • High School graduate, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of administrative support.
