Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in Pega technology to lead and shape our organization’s strategic initiatives. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, and customer-centric solutions using Pega Infinity. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:

8. Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership to drive Pega technology adoption across the enterprise. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.

9. Solution Design: Architect end-to-end Pega solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration aspects.

10. Technical Governance: Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, standards, and guidelines.

11. Project Oversight: Lead and oversee Pega projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

12. Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering their growth in Pega technology.

13. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to define requirements and translate them into technical designs.

14. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to Pega implementations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Pega technology, including hands-on development and architecture.

• Certifications: Pega Certified Senior System Architect and Certified Pega Business Architect preferred.

• Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Pega Platform and Pega Infinity.

o Strong understanding of Pega application design, case management, and decisioning.

o Knowledge of cloud technologies, microservices, and containerization.

o Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Leadership Abilities:

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

o Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.

o Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

o Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks.
