In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for transporting goods and assisting with various tasks within our shop. The ideal candidate will have a valid Texas driver's license, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to contribute to both driving and shop operations.


Key Responsibilities:



Driving Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, products, or materials to designated locations.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

• Plan and follow efficient routes, keeping track of delivery schedules and deadlines.

• Handle loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper securement to prevent damage during transit.

• Interact professionally with customers and clients during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.


Shop Helper Duties:

• Assist with general shop tasks including inventory management, restocking, and organization.

• Help with the preparation and packaging of products for shipment.

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

• Support other shop staff with various tasks such as cleaning, assembling, or disassembling equipment.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.


Qualifications:

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Working Conditions:

The position involves driving and physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.

Work hours may vary, including the possibility of occasional overtime or weekend work.
