As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering business and artificial intelligence analytics initiatives. Your Responsibilities
- Analyze big data and perform exploratory data analysis, adhering to best practices for experimentation and analysis.
- Develop business intelligence applications and present outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Design and implement performance indicators and risk metrics for business intelligence applications.
- Synthesize analysis results to inform business decisions and outcomes.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve system and algorithm performance issues.

- Track and report project progress, adhering to the solution delivery lifecycle.

What you’ll bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and project, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and artificial intelligence methodologies, with an understanding of their applications and limitations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik).
- Knowledge of database tools (e.g., MS SQL Server, Elasticsearch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with solution delivery frameworks such as Agile, Six Sigma, and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Financial Engineering or Investment Management.
- Familiarity with analytics and workflow applications (e.g., Appian, unqork, Xceptor).
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence platforms and tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Anaconda, GitHub, Jupyter Hub, UiPath).
