Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Inspector based in Kansas City, MO. The Quality Control Inspector will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct detailed inspections, ensure compliance with project specifications, and maintain quality management systems. Daily tasks include completing inspection reports, coordinating with project teams, and identifying any issues that jeopardize quality standards to maintain the highest level of workmanship across all projects. Qualifications Proficient in Quality Control processes, Inspection, and Quality Assurance tasksStrong skills in Quality Management and ensuring compliance with industry standardsExcellent Communication skills, including reporting and clear collaboration with team membersAttention to detail and ability to work effectively in a dynamic construction environmentFamiliarity with safety protocols and regulations is a plusPrevious experience in the construction or mechanical contracting industry is highly desirableHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications preferred
