Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Insurance Agent at Community Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, assisting customers with policy renewals and claims, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will also handle policy inquiries, process policy changes, and assist with policy billing.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance
  • Understanding of Insurance Brokerage and Finance
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate insurance options and policies to clients
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately process insurance documents
  • Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with insurance management systems
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
