Our services include switch-gear sales support, lighting project management, audits, and inventory management for streamlined operations.Role DescriptionLighting Quotations specialists work under the direction of the Management Team, partnering with our sales teams, designing and quoting lighting and controls on commercial, industrial, and large multi-family residential electrical construction projects. This position may be customer-facing and requires great customer service skills and attention to detail. As a quotations specialist you will communicate with vendors, lighting agents, customers, and fellow team members. Minimum Qualifications2 years of Construction Industry experienceFluent with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically ExcelAbility to write and speak in EnglishWell-developed attention to details and a desire to be highly accurateStellar multitasking and prioritizing ability as well as a strong sense of urgencyHave a desire for future opportunities and growth with the desire to earn themPreferred QualificationsCollege Degree or 4 years of relevant work experienceElectrical Distribution or similar Wholesale Distribution experienceAt least one year of Lighting Quotations/Projects Management experienceWorking ConditionsStandard to an office environment*This is not a Remote Position*ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Read electrical construction drawingsPerform take-offs for materials to be quotedCommunicate effectively with customers, vendors, and co-workersCreate accurate bills of materialsWork closely with sales teams to strategize on project quotesNOTE: Because positions may evolve due to the needs of the business, this job description may not list all essential functions and is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities.
