Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web Developer // Software Engineer, preferably with HubSpot experience, at BC Stone Homes. This role will be responsible for front-end development in HubSpot Design Manager, "back-end" programming would likely be limited to custom code in HubSpot Workflows.


While the role is primarily located in Auburn, AL and on-site work is preferred, there is flexibility for hybrid options for the right experienced candidate that is still able to be on-site a minimum of one day per week, depending on proximity.


Responsibilities

  • Help manage and troubleshoot technical issues within HubSpot to optimize processes in close collaboration with the Leadership and Sales teams and ensure smooth daily operations of HubSpot
  • Leverage Design Manager for custom HubSpot form functionality
  • Leverage Design Manager for custom website functionality
  • Leverage HubSpot Workflows for process automation involving low code, code hybrid, and custom code steps with the ability to leverage a variety of APIs for automations across different information systems
  • Optimize existing HubSpot Workflows to improve speed and performance
  • As needed, may work as a Data Engineer to pull or push data from our other information systems into and out of DOMO
  • As needed, may work as a Data Analyst to create dashboards in DOMO
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software development and homebuilding.


Qualifications

  • Meaningful Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React // HubL) for front-end web development
  • Meaningful Experience making API calls and processing responses using Node.js or Python
  • Experience with HubSpot platform
  • Experience with Data Engineering or Business Intelligence tools would be a plus (or aptitude and desire to learn)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Residential Construction would be a plus (or aptitude and desire to learn)
