Our client, a fast-growing publicly-traded technology company, is seeking a Financial Analyst. This role will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and scaling a data-driven finance function in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models that support strategic planning, investment decisions, and long-range forecastingPartner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and G&A to translate business initiatives into financial outcomesOwn key elements of the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-term operating modelDeliver sharp variance analysis and executive-ready insights on revenue, headcount, margin, and operating leverageDevelop dashboards and KPIs that tell the financial story behind growth, efficiency, and scalabilitySupport board-level and investor-facing reporting, including scenario analysis and sensitivity modelingAnalyze unit economics, pricing, and cost structure to drive profitability and sustainable growthIdentify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, financial visibility, and process efficiencyContribute to ad hoc analyses tied to M&A, new product launches, and strategic initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2–5 years of experience in FP&A, public-accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth techStrong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A tools and BI platforms a plusAbility to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholdersExperience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment preferred
