JOB SUMMARY:

The Helpdesk Systems Analyst will support users for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (ERP). You will analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing and improve existing computer systems.


Responsibilities include:

  • Provide helpdesk assistance to users of JD Edwards ERP and respond to level 1 support issues
  • Provide Quality Assurance and testing for JDE and and custom business software
  • Work with end users to clarify business requirements for IT
  • Write detailed documentation with descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to modify systems and programs
  • Study existing information processing systems to evaluate their effectiveness; help develop new systems to improve production or workflow as required
  • Aud the transactions in various systems


Qualifications include:

  • Experience supporting ERP systems; JDE is preferred but will consider other systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.)
  • Experience provide helpdesk support to users
  • Experience using Jira or similar software management tools
  • Knowledge or experience with software QA, testing, analysis, and support
