This person will work on a variety of tasks, ranging from small and executional to large and strategic. Typically, a Program Manager will have a portfolio of 3-4 projects on which he/she will work at any given time. This person will work with leadership to determine priority, importance, and urgency of each project for that sprint cycle. Depending on need and interest of the person, some potential projects include monthly goal reporting, monthly business review production, wiki development, and vendor management support. Roles and responsibilities will differ based on the project, but this person will provide and coordination and management function and will be the single threaded owner for execution.


Day to day duties:

  • Vendor management work
  • Rolling out performance dashboards, will be driving the dashboards, understanding requirements that customers need
  • Work with BIEs on reporting
  • Ad hoc support on vendor management support. Help with PO’s and other admin duties
  • Own goal reporting, will be communicating updates to stakeholders. Will proofread updates to ensure quality.
  • MBR reporting, apprentice to help with production with MBR.
  • Request from stakeholders that need to be completed within 48 hours
  • Help with rollout of talent evaluation tool, rollout comms, training towards Q1


Qualifications:

  • Years exp – Minimum 5 years’ experience with project management
  • Someone who has managed projects and programs before
  • Degree- Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA a plus, PMP is a plus
  • Software- experience with Wikis, roster management (roster 2.0 tool), any project management software
  • Excel, google docs, MS office,
  • Written and verbal communication skills.


Contract Length: 5 Months

Location: Remote (US Mainland)

Pay Range: $43 - $47 per hour
