Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is deeply experienced in the construction or real estate sector, with a significant track record in sustainable practices, technological innovation, and scaling operations.

The CEO will oversee our strategic direction, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence, while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead company growth, aligning with our mission to pioneer in sustainable construction using 3D concrete printing technology.
  • Oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet strategic goals for sustainability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain investor relations; secure funding to support business initiatives and expansions.
  • Utilize expertise in project management to optimize construction processes and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain an active general contracting license and ensure all projects comply with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Drive innovations in R&D, particularly in technologies that enhance sustainable building practices.
  • Manage crises effectively, maintaining stability and confidence among stakeholders.
  • Expand Stackx's market reach, understanding and navigating the complexities of the real estate market.
  • Foster a culture of corporate social responsibility, emphasizing ethical practices, community engagement, and environmental stewardship.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive leadership experience in a CEO or similar role within the construction, real estate, technology sectors, with a strong emphasis on sustainable development.
  • Proven track record in scaling operations, with specific experience in managing international expansion.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading technological integrations and innovations, particularly related to construction technologies.
  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in investment fundraising and financial management.
  • Active General Contractor's License with comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional crisis management skills and the ability to navigate company through complex challenges.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining significant strategic partnerships and networks.
  • Strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and proven leadership in ethical business practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
