Position: Grant Writer (Part-Time/Contract with Potential for Growth)

Location: Remote (with occasional in person meetings including Advisory Board Meetings)

Compensation: Project-based flat fee with opportunities for further compensation based on performance

ADOM Academy of Diagnostic and Osteopathic Medicine is a cutting-edge Diagnostic Medical School and Osteopathic Research Center focused on transforming healthcare through innovative non-radiative diagnostic techniques and research. We are also dedicated to expanding access to education through scholarships and advancing medical knowledge through critical research initiatives. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Grant Writer to help secure funding for key projects and scholarships.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities from government, private, and corporate sources aligned with ADOM’s mission.
  • Write and submit compelling grant proposals for a variety of projects, including scholarships and research.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrators to gather the necessary data and ensure alignment with grant requirements.
  • Track deadlines and manage the full grant application process.
  • Assist with post-award management and reporting, as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in grant writing, particularly in healthcare, education, or research sectors.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information persuasively.
  • Familiarity with healthcare-related grant opportunities is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Compensation:

This position offers a project-based flat fee with potential for growth based on the success of initial proposals. Over time, there may be opportunities for a more substantial, permanent compensation arrangement as we continue to expand our initiatives.
