Financial Analyst

Amotec is actively seeking a Financial Analyst Our client is a leading manufacturer in the commercial product industry and has been in business for almost 100 years. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Analyst will play a vital role in providing financial insights, managing costs, and supporting inventory management. Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost analysis to understand the cost structure of manufacturing processes, products, or projects
• Analyze direct and indirect costs, identifying cost drivers, and evaluating cost-saving opportunities
• Analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and inventory valuation to optimize inventory management practices
• Ensure that financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Minimum 2 years of finance experience within the manufacturing industry
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are strongly preferred
