We're looking for a B2B Sales Rep for an established, socially conscious watch brand based in Southern California, dedicated to making a positive impact through its products.


Position Overview:

As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's reach within the business community, closing warm leads and cultivating new business opportunities. Armed with a comprehensive sales process, scripts, and lead lists ranging from NBA teams to Fortune 1,000 companies, you'll have the tools needed to succeed.


Please note, this is a fully-remote contractor position, requiring excellent communication and accountability to ensure success.


Compensation:

- Base salary of $60,000 per year.

- 10% commission on all sales generated.

- Independent contractor status, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule.


Responsibilities:

- Utilize provided sales process, scripts, and lead lists to effectively engage with potential clients.

- Close warm leads while actively sourcing and nurturing new business relationships.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including their social impact.

- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with brand initiatives.

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.


Requirements:

- 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the retail, accessories, or luxury goods industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for efficient lead management.

- A passion for social good and a desire to represent a brand with a meaningful mission.

- Resides in Southern California, with the flexibility to travel occasionally for business meetings or events.
