DESCRIPTION

The Software Development Manager, implements, and improves our CRM, ERP, and other related systems. They are responsible for leading the development team in creating and supporting current and future systems. They will analyze system requirements and provide scalablesolutions, ensuring high levels of performance and security. They understand our internal and external clients’needs and lead theeffort translating the requirements into new high-quality applications.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and provideguidance to the development team.
  • Ensure cohesion betweenexisting applications and enhancement requests.
  • Analyze, design, code, test, document, implement and maintainapplication changes.
  • Provide technical support to system users to help ensure effectiveness of information technology systems in enabling Med- Lab to conduct day-to-day businesses. The support includes answering user questions, interpreting system functionalities, completing data requests, makingemergency fixes, and performing other critical supportfunctions.
  • Evaluate user requestsor design specifications for new or modified application functionality and estimateefforts required.
  • Consult with application team leads or users to identify currentoperating procedures/standards and clarify functionality objectives.
  • Collaborate with end users to analyze and develop businessrequirements for businessapplication enhancements and problem resolutions.
  • Manage Production and test environment in MS Dynamics365, Business Central, NetSuite, and other applications.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of reporting withinPowerBI.
  • Assure that data integrity is maintained in MS Dynamics365, Business Central, NetSuite, and MSSQL Databases.
  • Assist with CRM, ERP, SRS, and Relational Database creation and maintenance.
  • Assist with specialprojects.
  • Perform Help Desk Duties for Med-Lab applications and related inquiries.
  • Liaison between SiemensIT and Med-Lab. Including but not limitedto creating Siemensemail addresses, SiemensCitrix accounts and Siemens Academy account (learn4u).
  • Responsible for all Med-Lab technology guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure IT best practices and safeguards are met by Med-Lab and our employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate Degree in computer scienceor equivalent required. Experience in an object-oriented programming required.
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office products. Experience configuring and supporting cloud-based enterprise applications. Experience working with and creating custom solutions for APIs. Knowledge of MSSQL database structure and administration. C# and JavaScript programming is a plus. Experience in customer support-related work and working with senior management is required.
