We are seeking a friendly and responsible Gaming Bar Attendant/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will create an inviting atmosphere, serve drinks, and ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience. This person will be the face of our gaming cafe/bar, greeting customers warmly, maintaining a presentable and professional demeanor, and providing efficient service.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Greet and engage with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and gaming area.
  • Manage bar stock levels, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Monitor customer behavior to ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere.
  • Assist customers with gaming equipment or questions about the cafe/bar services.
  • Uphold company standards for service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay presentable, punctual, and diligent during shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of gaming equipment or willingness to learn.
  • Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be 21 years or older and possess any required certifications for serving alcohol.
