Job Summary
Seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 5 years of experience in writing business functional requirements for technical projects. Responsibilities include documentation, gap analysis, and utilizing methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. Must lead requirements gathering, produce project analysis documentation, and facilitate project meetings.
Key Responsibilities
• Documentation
Produces comprehensive documentation and diagrams encompassing business processes, use cases, data mapping, and other relevant aspects.
• Gap and Root Cause Analysis
Conducts gap and root cause analysis to identify underlying needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Methodology Utilization
Utilizes Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies to document solutions into comprehensive requirements and user stories.
• Project Documentation
Produces required project analysis documentation including business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, data mapping, and business process flows.
• Facilitation
Facilitates requirements walk-throughs, design review meetings, and demos at all levels, including executive management.
• Project Participation
Participates in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope, adjusting schedules as necessary, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
Qualifications
Experience:
• Five (5) years of related professional-level experience in writing business functional requirements with a focus on technical projects.
• Experience working in a project team environment.
• Experience in documentation is a must.
Skills:
• Writing business functional requirements
• Project documentation
• Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
