About the Role


We're looking for a visionary Fieldwork Lead Manager to spearhead our qualitative and quantitative market research endeavors, both domestically and globally. As the lead of our project management team, you'll champion the delivery of top-tier projects, steering them to completion on time, within budget, and above quality expectations. You'll also be instrumental in sculpting and deploying strategies to heighten project efficiency and operational excellence.

Team Leadership: Oversee a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional project outcomes through consistent coaching, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Project Excellence: Utilize key metrics to monitor and steer project performance, ensuring strict adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budget.

Strategic Implementation: Craft and enact strategies and tools to amplify project efficiency and enhance quality standards.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project progression.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed of project progress.

Experienced: Solid background in market research with a focus on the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and a proven track record in team management.

Strategically Minded: Exceptional project management acumen with a flair for leading teams toward achieving strategic objectives.

Communicator: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and effectively influencing stakeholders.

Resilient: Understandably navigating high-pressure situations and maintaining high performance under tight deadlines.

Tech-savvy: Proficient in Excel and project management software and well-versed in digital transformation processes.
