Position: Asbestos and Lead Safety Trainer

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm

Locations: Hanover, MD

Duration: Perm

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in the field of asbestos and lead inspection and/or abatement
  • At least one of the following Asbestos certs: Asbestos Inspector, Asbestos Supervisor, EPA Management Planner, EPA Asbestos Worker, EPA Project Designer, Project Monitor
  • At least one of the following Lead certs: Lead Renovator, Lead Abatement Supervisor, Lead Project Designer, Lead Abatement Worker, Lead Inspector Technician
  • Good knowledge of federal and state (MD, VA, and DC) lead and asbestos regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Availability for limited local travel

  • Spanish speaking capabilities


Day-to-Day:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Asbestos and Lead Trainer to join the team and help them maintain their high standards in delivering all levels of asbestos, lead, and mold training services. This position requires a passionate and engaging individual with extensive knowledge of federal and state lead and asbestos regulations, excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a desire to educate adult learners. The individual must be able to implement and deliver a large variety of asbestos, lead, and mold training courses.
