Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate at Haig's of Rochester. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. The role involves showcasing and selling a diverse range of jewelry and antiques, assisting in customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.

Qualifications
  • Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Retail Sales experience
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
