The Opportunity:

Servient is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape the user experience of our next-generation legal AI products, making complex legal technology accessible and intuitive for lawyers, paralegals, and other legal professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Design user-centered interfaces for Servient's suite of legal AI products

- Create pixel-perfect UI designs with meticulous attention to typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

- Develop comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

- Collaborate closely with Servient's product managers, data scientists, and engineers to bring designs from concept to implementation

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions

- Contribute to and maintain Servient's evolving design system, ensuring consistency across all products

- Stay current with UX/UI trends, especially in enterprise and AI-driven software

- Advocate for user needs and accessibility throughout the product development process


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software

- Strong portfolio showcasing your process and best work in complex application design

- Expertise in typography, color theory, and creating visually appealing, functional interfaces

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms

- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and scalable design practices

- Strong communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in legal tech, fintech, or other highly regulated industries

- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their UX implications

- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
