Position Overview:

As a Lead Angular Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of highly responsive web applications. You will collaborate closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Your role will be crucial in shaping the front-end architecture and mentoring a team of developers to ensure best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the design and development of front-end applications using Angular, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Architectural Design: Define and implement front-end architecture to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices, driving continuous improvement in development processes.
  • Testing & Debugging: Implement and manage testing strategies, including unit testing, to ensure the highest quality of code.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the front-end codebase and architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years in a lead role with long term contracts
  • Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Angular 15+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Tooling: Experience with modern front-end development tools and libraries (e.g., RxJS, NgRx, Webpack).
  • Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
  • Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control.
  • API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSocket integration.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial services or healthcare industries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
