We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in sales and grow with a company that values talent and hard work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and develop their sales abilities.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Leverage your creativity to develop unique and compelling sales strategies
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing client needs


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years of prior sales experience or customer service experience is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work on different projects daily and handle diverse client needs
