An opportunity for an Associate with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Big Law or active boutique firm setting to join a successful litigation practice group of our client firm. Candidates with demonstrated experience in securities litigation, IP litigation and/or real estate litigation, are preferred. The ideal candidate must possess critical thinking and analytical abilities. Superior writing skills and the ability to distill complex issues into clear and concise communications are required.
The Associate will be required to have demonstrated experience with securities enforcement defense, breach of contracts, restrictive covenants and other financial services related matters. In addition, experience with trade secret misappropriations, patent prosecutions and trademark litigations and as well as real estate litigations.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and a stable work history since graduation, preferably in one firm. The firm is at the forefront of culture, balance, productivity and success. Compensation includes flexible salary in the range of $180K-220K plus bonus and a strong employee benefits package.
