We have been commissioned by our client to find a highly skilled Microsoft PowerApps / Power BI Developer & SharePoint Admin to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PowerApps, Power BI, and O365, and will play a critical role in converting existing InfoPath forms to PowerApps, developing new applications, and integrating data across various platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who can hit the ground running in BI reports, application development, and database management.


Key Responsibilities:


Microsoft PowerApps Development:

  • Convert and/or redesign approximately 30 InfoPath forms into PowerApps (O365).
  • Develop new PowerApps from the ground up, as well as convert existing Excel-based solutions.
  • Ensure applications are mobile-friendly on tablets and phones, and PC-friendly.
  • Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint O365 lists; no integration with Dayforce or Oracle at this time.

Microsoft Power BI Development:

  • Develop and maintain BI reports.
  • Integrate PowerApps data with Power BI to create comprehensive reporting solutions.
  • Convert Excel items into Power BI dashboards and O365 items.

SharePoint Administration:

  • Convert and migrate approximately 40 InfoPath forms from SharePoint 2016 to O365.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint lists and libraries, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Data Integration:

  • Use SharePoint lists or SQL as backend databases for PowerApps.
  • Establish API connections to other data sources and backend systems, including Dayforce.
  • Work closely with the Automation Team to address the increasing demand for new applications and data integration.

User Interaction and Support:

  • Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing PowerApps and Power BI solutions.
  • Assist in onboarding and training users on new tools and applications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI, and SharePoint O365.
  • Strong understanding of O365 security protocols and best practices.
  • Experience in converting InfoPath forms to PowerApps and integrating with SharePoint lists.
  • Proficient in using SQL databases and creating API connections.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with O365 security.
  • Background in developing automation solutions.


Additional Information:

This position is onsite, and the selected candidate will be provided with all the tools and resources necessary to succeed. A week or two of onboarding and training on company operations will be provided.
