Summary

  • Performs specific procedures for the screening and controlling of material used in the processing, manufacture and distribution of blood and plasma products.
  • Independently performs, interprets, and troubleshoots laboratory procedures related to unit and/or donor suitability testing and other assays as required.
  • Performs routine analytical testing using manual and automated methods and procedures.


Experience

  • 2 years of experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • communicates effectively


Education

  • MLT or MT licensure in the state of Tennessee preferred
  • BS degree required

Hours: 2nd shift (2-10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am)

Target Pay Range: $20-27/hr *Depending on experience
