Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Sheet Metal Manager to oversee and manage our sheet metal operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sheet metal work, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality roofing solutions. As a Roofing Sheet Metal Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating sheet metal projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all sheet metal roofing projects from inception to completion.
- Supervise and lead a team of sheet metal workers, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and productivity.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Manager or in a similar leadership role in the roofing or construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of sheet metal roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction or roofing are a plus.
