As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue selling to managers in the San Jose area. The ideal candidates will be a competitive sales professional with a hunter mentality to provide world-class solutions and customer satisfaction while maximizing sales.


Key Job Duties Include


  • Prospect New Business within defined sales territory.
  • Visit existing and new customers to increase business in parts, sales and service
  • Identify, meet, and develop rapport with companies to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with other team members and departments.
  • Introduce new products, promotions and services
  • Analyze sales territory to determine where our clients product sales are needed and initiate action to improve market share within defined sales territory.
  • Work closely with Manager on territory management and account planning.
  • Develop and implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Create business plans that are customized by customer account to ensure customer satisfaction and company profit fulfillment.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 1 year (one year) inside or outside sales experience with a focus on building a successful sales territory.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding sales leadership and customer relationship-building skills.
  • One year automotive or industrial parts or service experience
  • Ability to remain persistent and overcome customers objections.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required
  • General understanding of sales CRM system
  • High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects with multiple customers
  • Experience cold calling and building relationships by phone and email to generate sales opportunities.
